Reference sheets will be priced as adding "Multiple Characters."

NDAs preventing me from utilizing the commission for portfolio uses adds an extra $100.

What I draw

I am able to draw most/all of what is requested. This includes, but is not limited to: Furry, Ships, NSFW, Gore, Backgrounds, Monsters, Pets, etc.
The only thing I am unable to draw includes certain symbols.

TAT: Turnaround Time

Please note that delayed communications or intricate details may lengthen the specifies times.
Sketches: 30-45 Minutes
Lineart: 60+ Minutes
Flat Color: 75+ Minutes
Full Render: 6+ Hours
"Simple" Background: 1-4+ Hours
Detailed Background: 30+ Hours

It is important to note that the commission may be broken up over the span of a few days as needed as the hours increase.

Terms of Service

General

Any purchase will not be processed until the payment goes through. This is to ensure our safety while also making sure nothing goes wrong for you.

PAYMENTS

Any commission that are $25 or less requires 100% payment upfront.Commissions above $25 and below $50 require a 50% deposit upfront, the rest will be due before the final piece is provided.Commissions $50 and above require a 75% deposit upfront, the rest will be due before the final piece is provided.

REVISIONS

After the final sketch is agreed upon by both parties, any major changes to the artwork will incur an extra charge that will be communicated to the client.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

An estimated timeframe will be provided at the beginning of a commission. However, complications or communication errors may slow this process. So, the original timeframe may be altered via verbal notice.
Delivery of the produce will be made via contacted method, however, it may also be sent via email for better quality if requested.

USE

Any and all artworks commissioned will automatically be set as personal use only. An increased fee will be required to utilize an artwork for commercial use.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I, Black Winter Arts, will retain the rights to any artworks produced for the purposes of self-promotion. However, a watermarked version will be what is utilized for such purposes.
This holds true unless there is an agreement along with an appropriate surcharge for the purchase of the right for the noted artwork.

REFUNDS

Any refund requested before the finalization of the project is started will incur a cancellation fee according to the amount of work that has been completed. If no work has been completed, there will still be a 10% fee taken from the received amount.Refunds that are requested after the finalization process has started will be denied.

Artists Rights

I reserve the right to refuse to service you for any reason. If payment is received before service is denied at the fault of myself, a full refund will be provided.I reserve the right to use commissioned pieces for my portfolio and website unless a written agreement to do otherwise is in place, signed by both parties.I am unable to take commissions that hold certain symbols with satanism or the worship thereof.
